I’m so happy with this purchase and I highly recommend it. I’m 5’10” and weight about 170 lb and will be seated at my desk for periods of 50 minutes at a time. I have a history of lower back problems and a prior coccyx fracture and this is the best seat cushion I’ve ever had.

This cushion was, rather to my surprise, well worth the price. It is firm but springy, shaped so that it teaches you how to sit in it, and the empty space n back is sufficient to free the coccyx. Mine is a problem of severe spinal stenosis so the comfort is a serious matter to me. I sit long hours at the desk, and this suchion makes it significantly more comfortable. Kudos to the maker.

I bought this in hope of correcting my sitting posture. Having use this for a month now, I do feel that I sit taller than before and it actually made me more aware of my sitting posture. I sit in this cushion whole day in front of computer now. It provides good support and I don't feel pain due to long sitting hours. The good thing is, I can just carry it from one chair to another and so I can work anywhere at home now. I have tried other brand but I found this more comfortable.
