I bought this in hope of correcting my sitting posture. Having use this for a month now, I do feel that I sit taller than before and it actually made me more aware of my sitting posture. This cushion was, rather to my surprise, well worth the price. It is firm but springy, shaped so that it teaches you how to sit in it, and the empty space n back is sufficient to free the coccyx. Mine is a problem of severe spinal stenosis so the comfort is a serious matter to me. I sit long hours at the desk, and this suchion makes it significantly more comfortable. Kudos to the maker.

I bit the bullet and purchased this cushion based on reviews from others saying it is great. They were right! Even though it is “memory foam” it is so different that it should be called something else, maybe something like “supportive non-compressive foam”….it keeps its shape in spite of constant use…it’s just weird and hard to describe. But definitely lends that extra layer needed between the bony, painful pelvic bones and the seat that makes it feel ever so much more comfortable. Thank goodness for this kind of article. Disabled people should take note.

This is a well-made seat and the material is super supportive while also being soft and comfortable. This completely eased my tailbone pain, especially when I have to sit for work for long bits of time. Just wish they made a thinner one more suited for use when driving, as in, it conforms to the car seat so you don’t feel like you are elevated.

I almost returned this the first time I used it. It was flat as a pancake and provided no support. The next day it was awesome and has been great since. I believe because it came vacuum sealed that it took a full day to fully absorb enough air to be at full capacity. This will not only save your butt, it will save your back. Sitting at baseball games for double headers is no longer uncomfortable. I have the chair for the bleachers AND this cushion now and it’s a game changer. Do not hesitate buying this it’s worth the money. It definitely needs to be out of the packaging for a few days but after that it’s good to go. Five stars all the way!

Everyone is different, but for me this provides just the right amount of firmness. I was worried that “memory foam” would squish all the way up, but this medium density foam does not do that at all, and i find it very comfortable after while (felt a little firm at the very start).
Also my hip pain has been greatly reduced after just one day of using it in my office. Again, probably depends on the person and body type but it works for me.

I bought 3 cushions to decide which was best after a hard fall that resulted in tailbone pain. I could not sit it was sooo painful, at desk, on couch, and in car. Soooo thrilled with this product that has absolutely changed my life! I can sit at my desk for hours and get up and walk with ease instead of pain. The memory foam means it returns to the same supportive thickness and it’s staying power just can’t be beat. I bought black for its versatility, and the fabric covering does have a tendency to collect dust and my cat’s errant fluffs, and shows everything; so if I could suggest any improvement it would only be to find something less “collective” and/or easier to remove such things. But the functionality of the seat and its impact on seating comfort is downright amazing and soooo appreciated!

Love it! I use this for my car because of the pain I get on my tailbone. It has helped me out tremendously! I recommend it! Also if you’re going to use this in your car just be ware that you’ll need to adjust your seat depending on the weather. In the winter here the foam gets a little stiff so I have to lower my seat. But no biggie. I still recommend.

My expensive office chair has a mesh seat which doesn’t provide support at all, my lower back was always sore. This seat cushion has increased my comfort level 90% & no back pain. It has kept it’s shape and stiffness and helps me sit up straight. The only cons are it’s high in front so my feet should really be on a two inch foot rest to relieve pressure on my thighs, even at my chair’s lowest. I’m 5’9″. It also prevents me from using my chair’s lumbar support without slouching because I can’t push the cushion back far enough. These are all issues with my chair so I didn’t remove any stars. The price tag made it hard to pull the trigger and buy but I’m really happy I did!

I purchased mine almost a year ago on Cushion Labs website. I just wanted to try it out because I work a desk job and sitting all day is common.
It definitely helps cushion my butt, it doesn’t hurt as much when I sit on this. So I went out and also bought the lumbar support to try out the whole set and I like it. I also bought my sister a set too! The covers are washable, I spilled coffee on this accidentally and it just stained but I’m sitting on it anyways, so who notices?
I would recommend buying it thru cushion lab directly, they have more colors available and a large size cushion too. (I would’ve purchased large size but when I placed my order, they hadn’t introduced the large yet.)

I still feel like these are overpriced for what they are, but they do seem to help with my back. They feel great. I wish the base had a strap to hold it in place. The strap on the back support struggles to make it around a larger chair. It then wears out quickly and needs continuous tightening.

So far I am pleased with the cushions. I bought them for my husband and myself. I found it soft and supportive for a person over 200+ lbs. I did NOT notice a smell at all or the irritation from the seam that some noted. I have sat on it for a few hours at a time and been comfortable.
